Quick exit – leave this site now
This button (or pressing Escape) takes you to another site straight away, for if someone is about to see your screen right now. But the back button, browsing history, or a bookmark may still bring this website back up later — it's a quick, in-the-moment option, not a substitute for private browsing, so you should still clear your browsing history.
Domestic Abuse Counselling in Congleton
Experiencing domestic abuse, whether physical, emotional, or otherwise, can leave you feeling isolated, unsure of yourself, or uncertain about what you're allowed to feel. Whatever your situation, whether it's ongoing, recent, or from some time ago, you don't have to make sense of it alone.
I offer person-centred counselling in Congleton and online, with experience supporting people affected by domestic abuse and violence. This means we cultivate an equal relationship: no one else can be the expert of your life but you. I won't tell you what to do or push you towards any particular decision.
How counselling can help
Counselling offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to process what you've experienced, at your own pace. This might mean talking through what's happened, understanding its impact on how you see yourself, or simply having somewhere safe to be heard. There's no pressure to talk about anything before you're ready to.
Face-to-face and online sessions
Sessions take place face-to-face in Congleton or online, whichever feels safer and more comfortable for you. Each session lasts one hour. I also offer a free 20-minute telephone or online consultation before we begin, so we can talk through what's bringing you to counselling and how we might work together.
Face-to-face sessions are £45, and online sessions are £40. You can find out more on my prices page.
